At CA-RIO-CA Sunga Swimwear, we want you to feel confident in your Brazilian-style fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact. Please note that for sanitary reasons, swimwear must be tried on over undergarments to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the sungas are in their original condition with all branding attached, then place them securely in the original packaging or a similar mailer.
Print and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items for hygiene compliance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
